Young Artists Performance Company (YAPC)
About
Ages 8–12
As a preparatory company, Vitacca’s Young Artists Performance Company (YAPC) cultivates young dancers in an enriching environment through both technical training and performance opportunities. Dancers ages 8–12 are selected by audition and train/rehearse in the Vitacca Vocational School or Children's Programs. The season will include two showcases and/or competitive events, two community performances, and Vitacca’s annual Dance Soiree in May.

Requirements
Dancers must be ages 8–12 (no pointe required)
Accepted dancers must train exclusively at Vitacca School for Dance, Houston or Woodlands beginning in the Fall term
Weekly Training Requirements – three ballet classes, one jazz class, one rehearsal period. Division B, YAPC Dancers must also take Pointe Preparation.
Dancers must be available for early August choreography workshop. (date/time available at time of acceptance)
Seven dancers needed per season.

Tuition
2023–24 Monthly Company Tuition: $185/month
Includes: weekly rehearsals, ensemble choreography, additional rehearsals as needed, director fees and event coordination2023–24 One Time Wardrobe Fee: $240
Registration Fees for Competition, Convention, or Showcase: (varies per event)
The above fees are in addition to monthly training tuition. Please note, all tuition and fees are non-refundable.

To Audition
