2022/23 Season Auditions
We are hosting auditions over several dates in-person and via video submission. Dancers are required to wear classical attire and provide a 5x7 headshot at time of check-in.
PROGRAMS
On April 2 we are hosting auditions for the following programs for the Houston and Woodlands schools. Dancers are welcome to attend auditions at either location; please note desired school at time of registration. Audition times are broken up by age (see Day’s Schedule below).
Ages 8–12
– Young Artists Performance Company (Houston & Woodlands)
Ages 13–18
– Pre-Professional School Programs (Houston & Woodlands)
– Pre-Professional Studio Company
– Accelerated Division
– Men’s Program
We will also be hosting auditions today for our professional training program, Vitacca Ballet Pro for ages 17+. Vitacca Ballet audition details can be found here.

DAY’S SCHEDULE
Ages 8–12 | 10:00–11:45am
Ages 13–18 | 10:00–11:45am
Vitacca Ballet Pro & Vitacca Ballet (17+) | 12:00–1:30pm

Video Auditions
REQUIREMENTS
Submissions due by May 30, 2022
Please register for video auditions using the audition registration links and selecting the Video Audition option. Your confirmation email will include additional details about submitting your video audition.
Dancer introduction with full name and program for which they are auditioning
Four to five barre exercises (one side)
Center adagio including développé a la seconde on both right and left, and en dehors pirouette
Center pointe work including a pirouette, pique arabesque, and extension of choice
Center contemporary phrasing on flat
