Vitacca Artists Performance Company (VAPC)

The Vitacca Artists Performance Company (VAPC) functions as a performance company to cultivate aspiring dancers in an enriching environment through both technical training and performance opportunities. Dancers are selected by audition and train/rehearse in the Vitacca Ballet & School for Dance Training Programs. A typical season will include three showcase and/or competitive events, two community performances, and Vitacca’s annual Dance Soiree in May.

Requirements

  • Dancers must be ages 8-12 (no pointe required), dancer 13+ pointe may be required

  • Accepted dancers must train exclusively at Vitacca School for Dance, Houston or Woodlands beginning in the Fall term

  • Weekly Training Requirements – three ballet classes, one jazz class, one rehearsal period. Division B2, VAPC Dancers must also take Pointe Preparation.

  • Dancers must be available for early August choreography workshop. (date/time available at time of acceptance)

  • Seven dancers needed per season.

Tuition

2025/26

Monthly Tuition

  • VAPC Soloists: Division training tuition + $244 (10 installments, PIF by July 15 recieve 3% off)

  • VAPC Ensemble Only: Division training tuition + $192 (10 installments, PIF by July 15 recieve 3% off)

  • Includes: weekly rehearsals, ensemble choreography, additional rehearsals as needed, director fees, and event coordination

One Time Wardrobe Fee:

Registration Fees for Competition, Convention, or Showcase: (varies per event; Vitacca will likely attend three events each season)

Vitacca general registration fee $75 (at time of season registration)

Above fees are in addition to monthly training tuition. Please note, all tuition and fees are non-refundable.


TUITION PAYMENT

Division training costs (tuition) is based on a 35-week season and divided into ten payments beginning at time of registration through May. Tuition is invoiced on the 25th of the preceding month and late on the 2nd of the month.  All tuition and fees are non-refundable.

To Audition
