Pre-Professional Program Auditions
In Person + Virtual (Zoom)
Vitacca Vocational School for Dance Pre-Professional Training Programs are for advanced dancers focused in classical & contemporary training. Dancers ages 8–18 may audition through an onsite class on June 9th at 9am (Woodlands location), June 16th or August 5th at 10am (Houston location), as well as via zoom on August 5th or by video audition. Deadline for videos Aug. 5th.

Video Auditions
Requirements
Submissions due August 5, 2022
Please register for video auditions using the audition registration links and selecting the Video Audition option. Your confirmation email will include additional details about submitting your video audition.
Dancer introduction with full name and program for which they are auditioning
Four to five barre exercises (one side)
Center adagio including développé a la seconde on both right and left and en dehors pirouette
Center pointe work including a pirouette, pique arabesque, and extension of choice
Center contemporary phrasing on flat
